One easy and effective way to clean unglazed ceramic tile floors is to use a
electric floor washer on it. A solution of one or two tablespoons of a
commercial floor cleaning powder o washing soda in a gallon of water may be
used for the purpose. The objective of using a electric floor washer is to add
luster to both the ceramic tile surface and the tile joints.

Polish and linseed oil is not recommended for application on ceramic floors.
Ceramic floors may become slippery and difficult to clean by the application of
such treatments.
Ceramic tiles provide attractive floors and are relatively easy to clean
compared to many other floors. Regular maintenance and proper care may go a long
way in ensuring ceramic floors retain their beauty even after years of use.
